NO Database changes. You only need to run Setup.asp if your having database problems or errors on the site.

setup.asp - fixed a bug where the database was not getting setup propertly and the connections file was not being setup properly
functions_portal_setup.asp - fixed a few bugs with the module displays, and some other functions
captcha_image.asp - new captcha image to replace all the "Security Codes" on the site
admin_banners.asp - fixed a HTML code error
admin_modules.asp - fixed a code error
admin_pop_up_meta.asp - removed the "All Pages" option for performance reasons
common.asp - updated both common.asp files for the captcha image
default.asp - fixed a bug with the news
entry_form.asp - updated for the captcha image
login_user.asp - same as above
post_entry.asp - same as above
register.asp - same as above
tell_a_friend.asp - same as above
message_form_inc.asp - fixed the news upload link

footer.asp - (both files) added back the banner option
functions_sessions.asp - improved the code a slight bit
module_gallery.asp - changed the code so it would display a random gallery image
module_header.asp - fixed the code so it would display the header banner properly
newest_links.asp - fixed the code so it displayed the correct entires
module_online_users.asp - fixed a bug where the online users where not being updated
news_feeds.asp - fixed a bug with the news feeds
pop_up_topic_admin.asp - fixed a bug that gave a page error
portal_language_file.asp - added a few strings for the new security codes
visit_entry.asp - improved the code to display larger files if the file was in the secure path
